岗位职责
Responsibilities
1.直接负责礼宾部的工作。
1.In direct charge of the concierge department.
2.对酒店的宾客提供礼貌专业的服务；协助重要宾客的入住和离店。
2.Provide courteous professional service to hotel guests; Assist VIP check-in check-out.
3.管理行李房，确保所有的行李有行李标签并且安全存放在合适的位置。
3.Manage the baggage section to ensure that all luggage is tagged securely stored in the proper location.
4.负责所有的特殊事情和酒店服务的有关信息的公告。
4.Responsible fall special events announcements regarding hotel services.
5.确保工作区域内的所有设备处于良好工作状态。
5.Ensure that all equipment in the work area is in good workingder.
6.参与员工的培训工作。负责员工的日常培训，制定培训计划。
6.Participate in staff training. Responsible fthe daily training of staff, make training plan.
7.宾客有要求时，为预计离店的宾客安排出租车、机场班车的服务。
7. Arrange taxi shuttle bus service fthe guests who are expected to leave the hotel if requested.
岗位要求
Job requirements
1.有礼宾司金钥匙者优先。
1.The golden key of the concierge is preferred.
2.大专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验3年以上
2.College degree above, more than 3 years working experience in the same position.
3.优秀的组织管理能力。
3. Excellentganizational management skills.
4.优秀的交际能力和沟通技巧。
4. Excellent communication skills communication skills.
5.善于同宾客交往、沟通，处理周到、果断，能独立处理各种投诉。
5. Good at communicating with guests, considerate decisive, able to handle all kinds of complaints independently.
