How You’ll Make an Impact
1. EHS System Implementation Support:
-Assist the EHS Manager in developing, implementing, improving the factory’s EHS management systems procedures.
-Ensure daily factory operations comply with EHS policies procedures.
2. Compliance Management:
-Assist in ensuring the factory complies with national local environmental, health, safety laws regulations, SE Zero Harm Framework.
Maintain communication with government regulatory bodies to stay updated on the latest regulations ensure compliance.
Assist in preparing submitting government reports internal documents related to EHS.
3. On-site Inspections Risk Assessments:
-Conduct regular on-site safety inspections to identify potential environmental, health, safety risks.
Assist in developing implementing risk control measures to ensure a safe working environment.
4. Training Awareness:
-Assist inganizing delivering EHS training programs to enhance employee safety environmental awareness.
-Assist in conducting safety drills emergency response training to ensure employees are prepared femergencies.
5. Incident Investigation Documentation:
-Assist in investigating EHS-related incidents, documenting details, analyzing root causes.
-Assist in developing implementing accident prevention measures to reduce the likelihood of incidents.
6. Environmental Management:
-Assist in monitoring the factory’s waste management, energy usage, emission control to ensure compliance with environmental requirements.
-Assist in promoting energy-saving, emission reduction, sustainable development projects.
7. Data Collection Reporting:
-Collectganize EHS-related data to assist in preparing EHS performance reports.
-Assist in maintaining data records fthe EHS management system.
8. Cross-Department Collaboration:
-Collaborate with production, equipment maintenance, HR, other departments to ensure effective implementation of EHS measures.
Assist in promoting an EHS culture increasing employee engagement.
What You Bring
-Associate degree higher in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, a related field preferred.
-Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in EHS, with priexperience in a factory environment preferred.
-Familiarity with national local EHS laws, regulations, industry standards.
-Basic knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, emergency management.
-Strong communication coordination skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees relevant departments.
-Basic data analysis report-writing skills.
-Proficiency in office software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-Certifications such as Certified Safety Engineer (mandatory), ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Internal Auditare preferred.
-Strong sense of responsibility execution ability, capable of completing tasks independently.
-Excellent teamwork learning ability.
-Fluent at English communication both in writing speaking.
