We are seeking a SeniEngineer with extensive experience in Condition Monitoring Systems (CMS) structural health engineering to support both strategic supplier development ongoing product innovation. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with an outgoing proactive personality, able to work independently while driving cross-functional progress. This role requires a results-oriented mindset a pragmatic, solution-focused approach.
How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Supplier Investigation & Second-Source Development
• Participate in the investigation a second-source supplier fcondition monitoring related senstechnologies.
• Conduct market research to identify viable supplier candidates.
• Perform on-site visits due diligence assessments to evaluate technical capabilities, quality standards, long-term potential.
• Assess supplier offerings beyond CMS, including sensors fcontrol applications other complementary technologies.
2.Product Development Support
• Contribute to ongoing product development activities within CMS senssystems.
• Provide expert input on system requirements, environmental constraints, measurement principles.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, product management teams to ensure robust scalable solutions.
3. Data Analysis & Fleet Support
• Analyze performance data from existing CMS products operational fleets.
• Identify trends, anomalies, improvement opportunities.
• Support troubleshooting root-cause investigations ffield issues.
What You Bring
Education: M.Sc. in Mechanical-, Electronics-, Mechatronics-, Structural Engineering. PhD is an advantage but not required.
Language Skill： Mandarin Chinese Excellent commof English in verbal written
Experience
● Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in: Condition Monitoring Systems Structural Health Monitoring, Wind turbines, Gas turbines, Other large industrial machines
● Strong understanding of measurement systems, senstechnology, data communication.
● Proven experience as a seniengineer with product-related responsibilities.

工作职责：
1. 供应商调研与备选供应商开发
参与状态监测系统（CMS）及相关传感器技术的备选供应商调研工作。
开展市场调研，筛选具备可行性的供应商候选对象。
进行实地走访与尽职调查，评估其技术实力、质量标准及长期合作潜力。
评估供应商除状态监测系统外的其他产品，包括用于控制应用的传感器及其他配套技术。
2. 产品研发支持
为状态监测系统及传感器领域的现有产品研发活动提供支持。
针对系统需求、环境限制条件及测量原理提供专业意见。
与工程、研发及产品管理团队协作，确保解决方案稳定可靠、具备可扩展性。
3. 数据分析与机组运维支持
分析现有状态监测系统产品及在运机组的运行性能数据。
识别数据趋势、异常情况及改进机会。
协助对现场问题进行故障排查与根本原因分析。
职位需求：
学历要求：硕士学历，专业为机械工程、电子工程、机电一体化工程或结构工程。 博士学历优先，但非必需
语言能力 ：中文和英语听说读写流利
工作经验
● 具备至少 7 年相关工作经验，领域包括：
● 状态监测系统（CMS）、结构健康监测、风力发电机组、燃气轮机或其他大型工业设备
● 深刻理解测量系统、传感器技术及数据通信
● 拥有担任高级工程师并承担产品相关工作职责的成熟经验
