岗位职责：
1、负责公司APP产品的服务端核心业务逻辑、接口、后台管理系统的维护、优化；
2、独立开发高可用、高效、稳定的产品及系统服务，根据业务需求，设计并实现技术解决方案；
3、基于现有既定框架开发服务器端各核心功能模块，定期代码自测、审查，保障代码的完整性和稳定性。
4、审查及优化现有代码中存在的性能问题，完善并遵守团队的编码规范，编写高质量、高效率、结构清晰、易读、易维护的代码。

任职要求：
1、大学本科计算机或软件工程专业，至少有三年以上PHP开发经验；
2、精通hyperf/Laravel等主流框架，有Swoole/Swoft开发经验；
3、精通PHP、MySQL性能优化，并有至少一个以上大中型php项目优化经验；
4、熟悉Liunx操作系统，熟练掌握nginx、mysql、redis、mongodb，精通参数设置和性能优化者优先；
5、有能快速发现和解决系统存在的性能问题的能力，扎实的算法和数据结构基础，良好的逻辑分析能力；
6、良好的沟通能力、学习和领悟能力，工作态度严谨认真，责任心强，有良好的团队合作精神；良好的执行能力和抗压能力，能很好地完成预定任务。
