1.质量管理
1) 监督相关部门按质量体系和GMP要求组织生产，确保质量体系的正常运行，进行生产现场巡回检查，监督检查生产操作人员按工艺规程、岗位标准操作规程等一系列规程进行生产，确保生产现场持续符合GMP要求；
2) 负责对文件、批记录进行抽查性审核；
3) 负责项目相关的文件审核；
4) 监督下属开展不合格、偏差、缺陷与趋势等的调查评估，协助编写调查报告，制定纠正预防措施并监督纠正预防措施的落实情况；
5) 监督变更的落实情况，参与相关变更的风险评估，评估变更的有效性；
6) 指导下属按规定完成相关产品的年度质量报告；
7) 负责对生产中的质量事故进行分析调查，提出建议及初步处理意见，并指导下属建立并完善相关产品的质量档案；
8) 各相关项目文件/记录完成情况跟踪；
9) 安排人员进行工艺信息表的审核
10) 安排人员进行车间的图纸审核；
11) 安排人员进行各类汇总工作；
12) 项目进度跟进。
13) 协助上级领导处理质量投诉等。

2. 检查审计
14) 参与供应商的现场审计，完成供应商审计报告；
15) 参与公司自检，跟踪与确认整改完成情况；
16) 参与官方检查审计，迎检前的现场监督检查及迎检文件检查、PPT编写，迎检过程中检查报告的编写，迎检后跟踪与确认整改完成情况。

3. 团队建设
1) 负责对现场组QA人员工作质量的监督、考核等日常管理工作；
2) 对下属人员进行培训，指导和发展有潜力的员工；
3) 营造一个*大限度符合质量及法规要求的工作环境。
