岗位职责：
1、根据任务要求，负责算法FPGA实现，编写FPGA实现方案（包括关键技术指标论证、处理流程、处理性能评估件、器件选型论证等）、使用说明文档、测试文档等项目相关文档。
2、负责搭建FPGA开发的软件环境及仿真平台，完成项目中FPGA逻辑代码编写、仿真和调试。
3、负责已有项目的FPGA维护和升级，积极参与产品整体的功能和流程设计和优化。
4、配合、协助软件、硬件、测试等岗位其他部门进行设备整机联调。
岗位要求：
1、硕士及以上学历。电子信息工程、电子对抗、电子信息工程、雷达、信息处理、电路与系统等相关专业。
2、具有FPGA底层驱动和算法开发经验：
①掌握FPGA软件开发全流程；
②掌握多时钟域处理技术；
③掌握FPGA芯片面积与时序平衡的优化方法；
④熟练FPGA常用IP核FFT、RAM、 FIFO 、SRIO接口、DDR接口等配置使用。
3、具有雷达相关领域项目、数字信号处理FPGA开发经验的优先。
