岗位职责:
1、负责Java后端的设计、开发与维护；
2、负责系统的故障定位、疑难问题解决、优化性能；

任职要求：
1、计算机或相关专业统招本科及以上学历，有交通行业开发背景优先；
2、五年以上java开发工作经验，有良好的编码规范和文档规范，理解设计模式、并发，有DDD、整洁架构和微服务方面的经验；
3、熟悉主流开源应用框架，如SpringBoot、SpringCloud、Mybatis、Maven、Redis等；
4、熟悉数据库设计，熟练掌握SQL语言，至少使用过一种主流的数据库，如mysql、oracle等，具有一定性能优化经验；
5、熟练面向网络编程技术，熟练TCP、UDP等传输层协议，熟悉netty、tio、mina等NIO或AIO框架，熟悉物联网设备数据采集处理；
6、具备一定的系统体系架构知识，能独立完成复杂软件模块/组件的详细设计，熟悉软件开发过程、相关规范及工具；
7、有良好的沟通能力和表达能力，工作积极、认真、负责，有独立开发模块的能力。
