岗位职责：
1.对OA系统的需求信息进行可行性分析，对可行需求进行开发，包括但不限于与U9、CRM、钉钉、北森EHR等业务系统的接口开发和维护；
2.负责OA系统的流程权限搭建、组织结构调整、系统功能优化、权限管理及相关流程、接口的日常维护；
3.负责明道云低代码平台的应用搭建、工作流设计、数据模型构建及与外部系统（OA、ERP等）的API集成开发；
4.执行OA系统及明道云应用的单元测试和集成测试工作；
5.收集用户反馈，评估系统运行情况，提出改进建议，推动功能完善和流程优化；
6.推广OA系统及明道云数字化工具的使用，组织相关培训，帮助新人有效使用数字化工具和技术；
7.参与后续CRM、PRM系统及项目管理系统的选型与落地工作，重点评估并实施基于低代码平台的解决方案。
任职资格
1.计算机或IT相关专业本科及以上学历；
2.拥有6年以上泛微OA开发与运维经验，熟练掌握JAVA语言，能够使用JAVA进行OA与其他系统接口的集成开发；
3.具备明道云低代码平台实际开发与落地经验，熟悉明道云的工作流引擎、数据模型设计及开放API集成能力，有基于该平台独立构建复杂业务系统（如CRM、PRM、项目管理等）的成功案例者优先；
4.熟悉ERP系统业务，例如用友U9、金蝶K3等；
5.具备优秀的数据分析能力，熟练使用SQL Server、MySQL等主流数据库，熟悉存储过程，能独立完成数据提取、分析及报告撰写；
6.核心素质包括逻辑清晰、系统思维强，具备“代码开发+低代码构建”的混合架构思维，问题定位准确，能够协调资源推动产品体验与运维流程优化；
7.自我驱动，执行力强，拥有良好的团队合作精神和抗压能力，对提升用户体验和产品价值有极高追求。
