工作职责
1. 体系管理与审核：配合管理者代表组织开展内部审核、管理评审及各类外部审核工作；负责合规巡检、不良事件处置、审核管理文件、偏差处置、CAPA 处置，确保质量管理体系有效运行。
2. 文件与合规管理：承担文控全流程管理，涵盖文件、图纸、BOM 及各类记录、外来文件的管控；制定工作流程及管理性文件，推进体系专项改进，保障公司运营符合医疗器械相关法规要求。
3. 生产质量管控：负责批记录审核与生产过程全程监控，监管委托生产、外协生产的合规性；及时处置生产及质量制程异常，组织生产过程例会和质量改进例会，跟进落实改进措施。
4. 供应商与产品管理：协同供应链开展供应商管理工作，保障供应链质量合规；配合推进产品重点质量问题的改进，跟进售后反馈、投诉及退货处理，降低质量风险。
5. 质量管理辅助工作：负责变更控制、计量管理、验证确认、员工法规培训及证照管理工作；组织公司级法规培训，提升全员合规意识；规范管理各类质量相关记录，确保可追溯性。
6. 其他工作：完成上级交办的其他工作。
任职资格
1. 教育背景：大专及以上学历，生物、化学、机械、质量管理等相关专业优先。
2. 工作经验：2年以上医疗器械或相关行业质量管理工作经验，具备体系审核、研发质量管理、生产质量管控等多模块经验者优先。
3. 专业能力：熟悉 ISO 13485、医疗器械生产质量管理规范等优先。
4. 资质证书：持有 ISO 13485 内审员证书者优先。
5. 综合素养：具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力，能有效推动团队协作与流程优化；责任心强，具备敏锐的风险识别与问题解决能力，可承受一定工作压力；熟练操作 Office 办公软件，具备良好的文档撰写、数据分析及报告呈现能力。
