任职要求
1. 专科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5-8年软件测试或测试开发经验，熟悉软件测试理论、方法和流程
2. 具备 Java、Python、SQL 等开发能力，能阅读和编写业务代码，独立开发测试工具和自动化脚本，具备一定的数据分析能力
3. 具备自动化测试框架的开发和维护经验（如 Selenium、TestNG、Pytest 等），有接口自动化测试经验，了解 CI/CD 流程
4. 有性能测试经验，熟悉 JMeter、Locust 等性能测试工具
5. 具备 AI Coding 能力者优先
