工作职责：
1. 业务财务伙伴
· 深度嵌入公司CRO/SMO业务线，与项目运营、商务、临床运营等部门协作，提供财务分析与决策支持。
· 参与项目全生命周期管理：报价阶段财务模型搭建、项目收入确认、项目毛利追踪与偏差分析。
2. 预算与预测管理
· 主导年度预算、滚动预测及中长期财务规划。
· 监控实际执行与预算差异，识别风险与机会，推动业务部门采取改善措施。
3. 项目盈利性分析
· 建立项目分析体系，定期输出项目盈利能力报告。
· 支持新业务模式的财务可行性评估。
· 成本管控与效率提升，协同运营部门优化资源配置，提升项目执行效率与ROI。
4. 合同与合规支持
· 审阅临床试验合同中的财务条款（付款里程碑、汇率条款、退款条件等），规避财务风险。
5. 团队与体系建设
· 带领财务BP团队，建立标准化的业务财务工作流程、分析模板及关键绩效指标（KPI）体系。
· 推动财务数字化系统建设，提升数据自动化与分析能力。
岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，财务、会计、金融、经济等相关专业；持有CPA、ACCA、CMA或同等证书优先。
2. 8+年财务工作经验，其中至少3年以上财务BP、FP&A岗位经验
3. 具备医疗行业相关的财务分析背景为佳
4. 精通财务建模、项目盈利能力分析、预算管控及差异分析
5. 优秀的商业敏感度与逻辑分析能力
6. 具备较好的跨部门沟通与影响力
7. 具备较好的学习能力、抗压能力和结果导向
8. 熟练使用Excel高级功能、PPT，具备ERP及BI工具（Power BI、Tableau）应用经验。
