（一）岗位职责：
1、作为核心开发人员，参与产品需求分析、系统设计、软件研发、集成测试及安装部署；
2、根据开发规范与流程独立完成模块设计，确保代码性能、安全性、可扩展性;
3、独立完成重要模块的设计、编码和测试工作。
（二）职责资格：
1、计算机相关专业，全日制本科及以上学历，有5年及以上的实际后端研发经验；
2、能主导一般项目的系统分析工作，能够完成复杂模块设计；
3、Java基础扎实，理解多线程，锁，集合，线程池等基础框架；
4、JAVA/J2EE专业基础扎实，具有良好的编码习惯。掌握Spring、SpringMvc、Mybatis、Mybatis plus等主流J2EE 开发框架,熟练使用Spingboot、SpringCloud/SpringCloudAlibaba/Dubbo等进行微服务开发;能对常用技术栈进行合理应用优化，解决问题；
5、熟练熟悉redis、zookeeper、kafka、Mysql，Redis、PG及常用时序数据库等，熟悉sql调优；
6、熟悉TCP/UDP协议，熟悉MQTT/CoAP/TCP/HTTP等主流物联网通信协议。对IEC104电力行业协议熟悉者优先；
6、熟悉高可用系统的设计原则，熟悉分布式事务，缓存，RPC；
7、精通docker操作、Linux操作，必须会常用命令和shell脚本，具备Dockerfile编写能力，能够熟练打包不同架构下容器镜像；
8、物联网平台开发经验者优先考虑具有saas行业从业经验、电力行业经验者优先，具有技术选型经验优先。
