岗位职责：
1. 参与融资租赁和金融保理体系下的贷后（财务、账务、资金、资产）系统平台的规划、分析、设计和建设工作
2. 确保工程交付的高质量及配套技术方案、过程资产的完整性、清晰性
3. 改进现有系统的稳定性、效率；基于现有系统变更设计提供具有良好扩展的设计方案
4. 配合领域负责人，对现有组织人员进行整体的指导和培训，提升组织能力
5. 跨部门团队协作，支撑上下游及友邻系统的功能交付
任职要求：
1. 计算机科学、软件工程或相关领域的学士/硕士
2. 具备宽广的技术视野和技术格局
3. 至少8年以上研发经验，*近5年的工作内有相似系统开发经验者优先
4. 精通微服务框架及其组件
5. 精通领域建模，对数据库、NoSQL等有深厚的设计与优化实战经验
6. 拥有优秀的抽象思维能力、解决复杂问题的能力和良好的学习能力
7. 具备优秀的沟通技巧和良好的书写、表达能力
8. 有小组管理和项目管理的经验，对软件开发生命周期和敏捷开发方法论有理解
9. 对数据仓库有基础的认知和初步的理解
