岗位职责
1. 向运营副总汇报，统筹原液、制剂两大生产部门，负责重组蛋白、微生物、基因 / 细胞治疗 CMO 项目全流程生产管理，覆盖原液制备、细胞库、无菌分装、灯检、包装等工序；严控污染、混淆、差错风险，保障产品符合 GMP 及药品注册要求。
2. 根据客户项目制定批生产计划，常态化现场监督生产执行，及时处理生产异常，保障按期交付。
3. 审核工艺文件、SOP、批记录等全套生产文档，配合工艺验证、药监及客户审计工作。
4. 制定车间设备维保计划并监督落地；协同 QA、供应链完成物料供应商评估。
5. 统筹生产团队管理，审核员工培训、考核方案，搭建生产人才梯队。
6. 编制生产部门年度预算，管控生产成本，落实降本增效。

任职要求
1. 本科及以上，生物制药、细胞 / 微生物、生物工程等相关专业；
2. 8 年以上生物药生产管理经验，5 年及以上 CMO 车间全盘管理经验；
3. 熟悉重组蛋白、微生物、细胞 / 基因治疗至少两类产品原液 + 制剂生产工艺；
4. 精通 GMP 法规，具备车间体系搭建、偏差变更、核查应对实操经验。
