职责描述：
负责组织药品生产、质量相关法规的差距分析、培训及实施等工作，确保适用于生物制品委托生产的法规能够在迈威生物内部得到识别及实施。
1、国内新发布适用法规的检索和跟踪：
- 识别国内药监部门发布的适用法规征求意见稿，组织部门、公司内部讨论，并及时反馈意见；
- 跟踪国内适用法规的发布，按照SOP的要求，完成法规的检索。
2、组织国内新法规的差距分析：
- 对新发布的适用法规，按照SOP的要求，组织完成差距分析并制定可行的行动计划；
- 跟踪行动计划的完成情况，确保行动计划的执行。
3、新法规的培训工作：
- 根据新法规差距分析的结果，组织培训工作，包括自行授课、组织内部SME授课或外训。
4、国际业务的支持：
- 根据国际业务部门的业务发展需要，梳理目标国家的法规要求及适用法规，给国际业务部工作和本部门的工作提供支持。
5、协助领导完成与药监部门的沟通：
- 协助领导完成与药监沟通前的资料、策略准备；
- 独立完成部分事项的药监沟通。
6、其他：
- 及时响应部门内、外同事的合规咨询；
- 完成上级领导交办的其他事项。
任职要求：
1、*学历大学本科，硕士以上优先，生物、药学、等相关专业；
2、10年以上制药企业工作经验，5年以上QA或法规部门工作经验；在药品生产、检验、验证等技术工作种类中，至少一种有相关经验；
3、熟悉不同药监机构发布的药品生产、质量领域的法规知识，包括但不限于PIC/s、NMPA、EMA和FDA；
4、对于药品生产、检验、验证等技术工作种类，至少有一种有足够的专业知识；
5、英语读写能力可符合法规研读的要求，听说能力优秀者优先。
6、熟悉与药监部门沟通的基本流程并有实践经验。
