核心岗位职责
1. 需求与指标顶层把控。牵头对接卫星整星的研制需求，完成SAR载荷的技术指标分解与论证，输出完整的载荷技术要求文档，作为外协单位开展研制的核心输入依据；
2. 作为总体方的技术接口人，对SAR载荷的全研制周期进行技术跟踪，定期组织技术对接会，严格把控SAR载荷的技术状态。
3. 对照卫星整星的研制计划，拆解各阶段交付节点，建立进度跟踪目标，及时预警风险，推动问题闭环解决；牵头制定SAR载荷的验收测试细则，严格执行入库验收流程，确保交付产品的质量符合总体要求。
4. 负责SAR载荷与卫星平台的机、电、热接口协调，完成接口控制文件的编制、确认与归档，同步对接卫星数传、地面运控等相关系统，确保SAR载荷与整星其他分系统的适配性，支撑后续整星集成测试的顺利开展。
5. 在轨与全生命周期保障配合完成SAR载荷在整星阶段的集成测试、环境试验，以及发射后的在轨测试工作，牵头分析在轨初期的SAR成像数据。
任职资格要求
1. 本科及以上学历，雷达、电子信息、通信、航空航天等相关专业，具备5年以上星载SAR相关工作经验，有卫星总体或项目管理经验者优先。
2. 精通星载SAR系统的基本原理、主流技术路线与关键指标，熟悉卫星研制的全流程规范，能够独立完成SAR载荷的需求论证与指标分解；具备极强的跨方沟通协调能力，解决研制过程中的分歧问题。
3. 熟悉航天产品质量管理体系，了解航天型号项目管理流程。
