【工作内容】
1、负责 Android 应用架构设计、模块化 / 组件化、性能深度优化，主导核心模块开发与重构。
2、解决复杂技术难题：ANR/OOM、卡顿、崩溃、内存泄漏、启动 / 渲染 / 包体积 / 耗电优化，保障高稳定性与流畅度。
3、主导技术选型与规范落地：Jetpack Compose、Kotlin、MVVM/MVI、CI/CD、自动化测试。
4、带领 / 支撑开发团队，做技术评审、代码质量把控、难点攻坚、新人培养。
与产品 / 后端 / 设计 / 测试协同，保障高质量迭代与线上稳定性。

【任职要求】
1、3–6 年以上 Android 原生开发经验，本科及以上，计算机相关优先。
2、精通 Kotlin/Java，熟悉协程、Flow、泛型、反射、多线程、JVM 基础。
3、精通 Android 体系：四大组件、Binder、Handler、UI 渲染、权限、存储、网络、打包编译（Gradle）。
4、熟练使用 Jetpack 全家桶（ViewModel/Lifecycle/Room/Paging/Navigation 等），能做架构设计。
5、具备强问题定位能力：能独立分析线上崩溃、性能瓶颈、兼容性问题。
6、有组件化 / 插件化 / 热修复 / 性能优化其中一项深度落地经验优先。
7、熟悉网络（OkHttp/Retrofit）、数据解析、混合开发、Flutter/React Native 加分。
