【工作内容】
- 贯彻执行国家及地方有关安全生产的法律、法规、标准和政策，定期开展安全生产合规性检查，确保企业生产经营活动符合安全规范要求；
- 负责日常安全检查工作，深入生产现场开展隐患排查，建立隐患台账并跟踪整改进度，确保隐患闭环管理，提升本质安全水平；
- 全面负责消防设施的巡检、维护与保养工作，定期组织消防设备功能测试，确保其处于良好可用状态，保障应急响应能力；
- 组织实施义务消防员的培训、演练及考核工作，提升员工应急处置能力和协同作战水平，确保突发事件下快速有效应对；
- 参与企业安全生产宣传教育与培训计划制定，组织开展多形式的安全教育活动，并如实记录培训过程与成效，持续提升全员安全意识；
- 监督指导承包商、承租方及相关协作单位签订安全生产管理协议，定期检查其履行安全生产职责情况，强化外部合作方安全管理；
- 参与劳动防护用品的选型、采购、发放与使用监督，定期检查从业人员佩戴和使用情况，确保防护措施落实到位；
- 主导或参与企业安全生产标准化体系文件的编制、修订与归档管理工作，推动标准化建设落地实施，助力通过相关评审认证。
【任职要求】
- 大专及以上学历，安全工程、化学工程、精细化工，具备扎实的理论基础；
