3. 熟悉SpringMVC,对各种开源的框架如Spring、mybatis、cloud等相关组件有较深了解，有较强的源码研究理解能力
4. 对分布式系统、缓存系统有较深入的应用及研究者优先；
5. 有工作激情，诚信正直，具备高度的责任心和持续的进取精神，有良好的团队意识；
6. 有社交相关行业工作经验优先。
