工作职责
1. 负责开拓制剂/临床双盲包装CRO、CDMO业务，开发新客户；
2. 引导并建立内外部技术沟通，了解客户需求，并清晰的传递给技术部门，协助出具技术方案；
3. 负责项目协议、商务合同等文件评审，负责核算和出具CRO/CDMO项目的具体报价，以及合同条款的商务谈判；
4. 持续跟进和推动CDMO项目进度，促进项目成功导入公司；
5. 持续监测和收集CDMO市场动态，包括客户管线动态和竞品服务信息；
6. 负责客户的维护，定期拜访客户，了解需求，提供定制化解决方案，并深度开发具有合作价值的客户，构建长期合作关系。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，英文水平较好，药学、生命科学等相关专业优先；
2. 有2年以上制剂CRO/CDMO的 BD工作经验者优先；
3. 对CRO/CDMO或制药行业有广泛的了解，具备GMP的基本知识；
4. 具备市场分析能力，优秀的商务谈判与项目管理能力；
5. 具有较强的责任心和执行力，良好的协作能力，能够在具有挑战性的环境中工作，能适应出差。
