岗位职责
1、能够独立根据规格书、实物或复杂技术需求，精准创建及优化元件封装，确保封装设计在电气性能、热管理和机械安装等方面的可靠性，并能够建立和维护公司封装库标准。
2、精通PADS软件的高级功能，能够解决复杂设计中的技术难题，并对设计流程、规则设置及效率提升进行优化。
3、能够深入理解机械结构图纸及装配要求，独立完成与复杂系统匹配的高密度、高多层PCB布局，并与结构和硬件团队协同完成跨领域设计优化。
4、具备扎实的电源系统设计知识，深入理解高频、大电流及热设计原则，熟悉EMC/EMI设计规范与安规要求，能主导中高难度项目的PCB设计与评审，并具备SI/PI仿真分析能力者优先。
5、能够规范管理输出文件（包括GERBER、装配图、工程文件等），制定和优化生产资料标准，协助处理PCB生产及装配中的工艺问题，并对样机调试提供专业支持与问题分析。

任职资格
1、专业：电力电子、电子信息类相关专业，大专及以上学历。
2、工作经验：3年以上电源类产品或中大功率电子产品PCB设计经验，有高多层、高密度PCB设计经验者优先。
3、知识与技能：
（1）具备扎实的电子电路理论基础，熟悉功率电子、模拟/数字电路、信号完整性及EMC相关理论，能对电路设计提出布局布线建议；
（2）能独立创建并管理复杂元件库，熟悉IPC标准及PCB工艺要求；
（3）全面掌握PCB设计全流程，具备设计规范输出、生产资料标准化及供应商沟通能力。
4、关键素质：具备较强的跨团队沟通协调能力、技术领导力，能够承担技术评审与指导职责，具有高度责任心和主动创新意识。
