岗位职责：
1、负责贯彻宣传国家职业健康、安全生产以及环境保护等方面的方针、政策、法规和技术规范等。执行传达上级的要求,在分管总监的领导下，主持安全环保部全面工作。
2、制订公司职业健康、安全生产以及环境保护等方面的管理制度并组织实施,做好督促检查和协调工作;落实安全生产责任制和应急管理工作;建立健全各类档案.
3、负责公司并组织各单位编制职业健康、安全生产技术、环境保护措施计划及隐患整改措施计划以及资金使用计划,，并督促检查其贯彻执行。不断改善生产条件,确保公司生产经营健康运行。
4、负责对公司职工及组织特种作业人员进行教育培训，组织召开安全例会；积极参加上级有关会议和培训等。
5、组织公司职业健康、安全环保检查和考核；及时制止“二违”,消除事故隐患,按照“四不放过”原则,组织事故的调查处理，落实安全、降低风险制度。
6、组织对公司职业危害场所监测以及员工职业健康检查、治疗；锅炉、压力容器、特种设备及安全附件监测效验，对避雷针进行检测。
7、负责落实公司安全标准化建设的健康运行；参与各项工程及“三同时”的验收。
8、按时、按要求填报有关统计台账、报表。负责上报有关事故和汇报材料。
任职要求：
1、持有注册安全工程师证书（硬性条件）；
2、全日制本科及以上学历，环保类相关专业；
3、有化工行业安环工作经验。
