1、负责广西政务移动端Flutter应用的架构设计、功能开发与日常维护，确保代码质量与交付效率。
2、参与产品需求评审、技术方案选型与架构设计，结合业务场景输出合理的技术实现方案，把控开发质量与项目进度。
3、负责 Flutter项目的性能优化、全机型兼容性适配、线上问题排查与紧急修复，持续提升App运行流畅度、稳定性与用户体验。

任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3 年及以上Flutter商业项目开发经验，有大型线上App全量Flutter或混合栈开发主导经验。
2、深入理解Flutter内核原理、渲染机制、线程模型、编译模式，能从底层解决架构与性能问题。
3、精通Flutter混合栈开发、组件化架构设计、动态化方案，有成熟的框架封装与架构落地经验。
4、精通Android/iOS双平台原生开发，能深度定制Flutter引擎、原生插件，解决跨平台通信、兼容性等复杂问题。
5、具备极强的技术攻坚能力，在帧率优化、内存优化、包体积优化、线上稳定性治理方面有成熟的落地成果。
6、具备良好的项目管理、团队管理与跨部门沟通能力，有带教新人、代码评审、技术体系搭建的相关经验。
