工作职责：
1. 参与产品需求分析、业务讨论、设计工作，评估需求的技术可行性和技术难点；
2. 极具挑战的高并发场景，负责核心系统的性能和架构优化
3. 独立完成中小型项目的系统分析、设计，并主导完成详细设计和编码的任务，确保项目的进度和质量
4．负责项目开发过程中的技术攻关，和运行中出现的技术问题；
5．负责对架构进行优化，持续改进性能、可扩展性、稳定性、安全性。
任职资格：
1.计算机相关专业本科毕业2年左右经验
2. 扎实的Java基础，掌握Java中常用的数据结构、JVM和并发包相关知识；
3. 熟悉微服务相关技术，对各种开源框架Spring等有深入了解；
4. 熟练MySQL，NOSQL，对数据库有较强的设计能力;
5. 具有基于数据库、缓存、分布式存储开发高性能、高可用系统的设计开发的开发经验
6. 具有高度的责任心与自驱力，良好的沟通协作、应急响应与处理问题的能力；
7. 具备良好的识别和设计通用框架及模块的能力，有跨平台的API规范设计以及API高效调用设计能力者优先考虑；
