职责描述：
1.负责搭建系统开发环境，承担系统核心代码的编写与系统核心功能的研发工作；负责核心技术问题的攻关，系统优化，协助解决项目开发过程中的技术难题；
2.项目概要设计、详细设计、开发计划等的编制并实施；
3.定期进行项目分析，总结技术经验，找出存在的问题，提出改进意见和建议；
4.参与软件数据结构设计工作；
5.在项目各阶段，根据项目计划完成项目经理分配的项目节点工作；
6.负责解决开发过程中的技术问题；
7.根据开发进度和任务分配，完成相应模块软件的设计；
8.完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
1.计算机相关专业专科及以上学历，5年以上Java开发工作经验；
2.熟练应用多种JAVA设计模式，并在实际的项目中有比较丰富的应用经验；
3.设计、开发高可用、高性能的REST接口，满足高内聚、松耦合、可维护等要求；
4.熟悉高并发、高可靠性系统的设计、如负载均衡系统、集群和应用监控、系统容量评估、流量控制、性能优化、故障排查、日志收集和分析等；
5.精通J2EE相关技术，精通spring mvc、mybatis、spring、dubbo等开源技术框架；
6.熟练掌握MySql、Oracle等数据库，sql语言，索引、过程、触发器的使用，掌握pl/sql编程，熟练掌握SQL查询优化；熟练使用svn、git等版本管理工具；
7.有大型IT公司经验或大型分布式系统开发经验者优先；
