4、参与项目技术方案评审、架构迭代升级，梳理业务痛点，输出合理的技术优化方案，推动技术规范化落地。

6、指导初级开发人员，参与代码评审，沉淀开发规范、技术文档，提升团队整体开发效率与代码质量。
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上Python后端开发经验，具备完整的项目从设计、开发到上线维护的全流程经验。
2、精通Python开发，熟练掌握FastAPI/Django/Flask任意一种主流框架，深入理解WSGI/ASGI运行机制，具备异步开发实战经验。
3、熟练掌握MySQL、PostgreSQL等数据库，精通SQL优化、事务、索引设计，具备大数据量、高并发场景优化经验。
4、熟练使用Redis、RabbitMQ/Kafka等常用中间件，熟悉缓存、消息队列的业务落地场景与问题排查方案。
5、熟悉Linux环境开发部署，熟练使用Git团队协作流程，了解Docker、CI/CD自动化部署流程。
6、具备良好的架构思维和问题排查能力，能独立解决线上复杂问题，具备较强的沟通协调和团队推进能力。
加分项：有微服务、分布式系统开发经验；熟悉接口性能压测、系统监控；有ToB平台、大数据、AI后端落地经验优先。
