- 计算机/人工智能/数学相关专业硕士及以上学历，具备大模型预训练、对齐、监督微调、强化学习等实践经验者优先
- 具备机器学习/深度学习/自然语言处理/计算机视觉视觉的理论背景和实践经验
- 熟悉大模型主流应用场景，如RAG、Agent、MCP等，有实际落地经验者优先
- 具有较好的团队沟通合作能力、优秀的表达能力，有责任心和自驱力
