岗位职责
1. 对接光模块、光器件、半导体激光器、光芯片类客户，深耕氮化铝、氮化硅、氧化铝、金刚石陶瓷热沉/陶瓷基板应用场景，深度挖掘客户热管理、封装工艺技术需求，输出定制化散热基板解决方案。
2. 独立完成客户技术对接、方案宣讲、现场技术交流，全程负责样品打样、送样测试、实验跟进、测试数据复盘等全流程技术服务工作。
3. 跟踪客户项目研发落地进度，协调公司研发、生产、品质部门资源，同步排产、品质、交付相关技术事宜，及时处理项目开发、量产阶段各类技术异常与售后技术问题。
4. 调研整理光通讯行业技术发展趋势、客户产品迭代需求、竞品产品技术参数，整理有效信息同步研发与工艺部门，辅助产品迭代、工艺优化与配套技术方案升级。
5. 长期维护合作客户技术对接渠道，建立稳定技术沟通链路，提升客户产品适配度与项目长期合作粘性，配合内部商务同事完成项目技术支撑工作。

任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历，材料科学、无机非金属材料、光电子、通信工程、电子信息等理工科相关专业。
2. 2年及以上光通讯行业FAE/工艺/封装技术相关工作经验，熟悉光模块、光器件、激光器封装产业链，有头部光通信客户对接经验优先。
3. 熟练掌握氮化铝、氮化硅、氧化铝、金刚石陶瓷热沉、陶瓷基板材料特性、加工工艺、导热等关键性能参数，可独立完成客户方案设计、技术答疑。
4. 优秀跨部门协调与客户技术沟通能力，可独立对接客户研发、工艺、工程团队，清晰输出专业技术方案；能配合客户拜访短期出差，具备较强问题解决能力与抗压能力。
5. 熟悉光器件封装热管理相关工艺，有陶瓷基板/热沉项目样品开发、量产技术跟进实操经验优先。
