1.参与公司核心业务系统的需求分析、架构设计及代码开发，确保高性能、高可用性:2.负责Java后端服务开发，包括但不限于分布式系统、微服务、数据中间件等模块;3.优化现有系统架构，解决高并发、大数据量场景下的技术难题;4.编写高质量技术文档，推动代码审查、单元测试和持续集成:5.跟踪前沿技术，推动技术创新与团队技术能力提升。
任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历，计算机/软件工程相关专业,3年及以上(可调整年限)Java开发经验;2.扎实的Java基础，熟悉多线程、集合、JVM原理及调优:
3.精通主流开发框架:Spring/Spring Boot/Spring Cloud、MyBatis等;
4.熟悉MySQL、Redis、oracle等数据库，具备SQL优化及分库分表经验;5.熟悉分布式系统设计，熟悉Dubbo、Zookeeper、RocketMQ/Kafka等中间件;6.熟练使用Git、Maven/Gradle，熟悉Linux开发环境及Shell脚本;7.良好的编码习惯，理解设计模式，能独立完成模块设计与开发。
