1、售前支持：配合销售对接客户，提供DC/DC电源、AC/DC电源产品的技术咨询；
帮助客户选型产品、开展现场演示、测试；制作技术资料、案例文档并统一管理。
2、文档维护：协同研发更新产品说明书、调试指南、故障手册，搭建知识库与竞品分析报告，支撑产品迭代。
3、内部赋能：给销售、新人做产品技术培训，配合市场展会技术支撑，收集用户需求反馈研发优化产品。
4、跨部门协同：联动研发、生产、质量处理产品问题，参与故障分析与整改落地。
5、售后技术：远程/现场完成设备安装调试验收，处理客户故障问题，推动复杂技术问题闭环。
6、定期回访客户收集使用反馈，完成领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，电子信息、自动化、应用电子、电气工程、机电一体化等相关专业。
2、有DC/DC、AC/DC电源等相关行业工作经验优先。
3、在3年以上研发、测试技术优先。
