职位描述：
1.依据客户需求撰写项目排程并与客户沟通确认，跟踪项目进度，必要时调整项目排程；
2.依据客户提供的资料进行原理图设计，并根据客户的要求进行原理图的绘制，与客户确认特殊物料规格参数，合理安排机台电源与信号的分配，合理选择器件的封装；
3.依据原理图进行PCB Layout，并与客户确认修改，与客户确认特殊电路和走线要求，输出GERBER文件，板厂进行PCB制作，输出BOM文件，整理物料规格和采购数量，导出坐标文件，组装厂焊接；
4.与板厂沟通PCB制作前和制作中的相关工程问题，并提供解决方案和及时反馈；确认客户自备的物料交期，负责物料查收和核对；BOM、钢网文件、坐标文件给组装厂，解决组装厂疑问，确保正确焊接；
5.撰写PCB产品制作流程及表单，所有资料汇整到客户资料对应文件夹；
6.协助HTOL和BHAST/THB现场调试和问题分析；新进人员培训和考核。

任职资格条件：
1.同岗位1年以上的工作经验，同行业同岗位任职1年以上的较佳；
2.具有电子相关等专业课程的系统培训经验；
3.熟悉电子电路基础知识，熟练使用protel、candence等PCB绘图软件；
4.具有电子机械相关证书。
