职位要求：

1、计算机或相关专业本科以上学历，3年以上java开发经验，具有扎实的Java功底；

2、具备多并发、高业务量系统开发经验，了解jvm机制，具备性能调优能力；

3、了解TCP、UDP底层机制；熟悉SIP/SDP、RTP/RTCP通信协议优先；

4、熟悉j2ee体系结构及常用技术，对各种开源的框架如Spring、Hibernate、iBatis等有深入的了解；

5、三年以上大型数据库如oracle、Mysql使用经验，有丰富的数据库设计经验，能够从业务场景出发进行数据结构设计，精通sql语言，并熟悉ES 、redis、hbase等常规数据库；

6、具有大型应用系统分析、设计能力和经验，精通主流技术系统的核心思想；

7、具有部署微服务环境能力，了解Spring Gateway、Nacos等组件工作原理较强的表达和沟通能力，工作认真、严谨、敬业，对系统质量有近乎苛刻的要求意识。

8、大项目开发经验丰富，处理现网问题经验丰富。

工作职责：

1、负责整个系统的技术方向研究和总体规划，提供利于系统演进的新技术方案；

2、负责现有系统框架和代码重构，优化业务流程、提升系统性能，改进不合理设计；

3、负责核心/重要模块的设计、编码、测试以及相关文档；

4、根据业内前沿技术和框架，规划项目技术架构方向。
