岗位职责

1、对外可与客户进行有效沟通并深刻理解客户业务需求本质，识别客户业务痛点，形成需求文档；
2、根据客户实际需求进行需求拆解并制定合适的IT系统解决方案；
3、对内根据客户需求及IT方案，制定可执行的项目计划，确保开发人员按照项目计划完成项目实施；
4、负责项目的技术架构设计以及核心功能代码编写工作，带领团队完成项目的研发任务；
5、具备良好的沟通协作能力，指导团队成员技术成长。

任职要求

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上工作经验，专职负责过大型项目需求分析、IT方案设计以及项目计划制定；
2、具备严谨的逻辑分析能力、较强的抽象思维和良好的需求分析能力，能快速识别梳理客户本质需求并制定项目计划；
3、熟悉微服务系统的设计和应用，熟悉多线程、分布式、缓存、搜索引擎、消息队列、负载均衡等机制和实现；
4、精通Spring、Spring MVC、SpringBoot、Spring Cloud、ES、Mq、Redis、MyBatis等框架或技术；
5、有体检中心报告系统或医院PACS、RIS系统开发及对接经验优先。
