岗位职责：
1.负责建立健全集团总部安全管理体系，优化各类安全管理制度、手册等，并进行宣导，确保各项规章制度在各工厂得以正确、顺利地贯彻执行；
2.负责监督检查各工厂安全管理工作的落地，监督各工厂安全生产责任书的拟定和修改，参与各工厂安全生产事件的调查；
3.负责新、改、扩建项目现场安全管理，落实安全规定和要求；
4.不定期对各工厂生产现场进行飞行巡查，纠正违反安全操作规范的违章操作、野蛮操作、劳动防护不到位、劳动环境不安全等安全隐患，并立即采取纠正和排除隐患；
5.负责对各工厂安全管理人员的安全知识、安全技能和安全防护等进行巩固提升，对各工厂特种作业设备技能资格的内部培训认证和外部培训认证，并按照规定组织定期年检；
6.完成上级领导交代的其他临时工作。
任职资格：
1.前提条件：化工行业经验。本科及以上学历，安全工程、环境安全、机械工程等相关专业优先考虑，持有注册安全工程师证尤佳，40岁以下。
2.在环保行业有5年以上安全生产管理工作经验，熟悉安全生产业务，掌握安全生产法律法规知识；3年以上大型企业安全生产标准化体系建立、维护经验优先。
3.工作原则性强，处事公平、公正，较强的团队意识和服务意识，具备较好的逻辑思维能力，具备较好的沟通协调能力、数据分析判断能力及抗压能力。
4.具备熟练的办公自动化软件操作能力，具备一定的ERP软件操作经验，对数据敏感。
5.能适应频繁出差。
