1、监督注塑生产过程，随优化注塑工艺及控制物料损耗方面有一定的方案；
2、负责产品阶段良率的跟踪，调状态机台生产；
3、负责模具保养，机台保养及辅助设备保养；
4、负责异常记录并通报，调试异常机台确保生产顺畅；
5、负责当班所有设备异常并解决处理；
6、协助上级做好部门其他生产管理工作。
任职资格：
1、有注塑行业3年以上领班、组长经验；
2、会处理生产注塑故障，会调5轴机械手；
3、熟悉注塑、模具行业的加工工艺优先；
4、精通注塑机（海天、力劲、伊之密）机台的机器调试；
5、熟悉工程料的调试。
