5. 熟练使用主流的关系型数据库，如MySQL、PostgreSQL、Oracle等，具有SQL性能调优经验。
6. 熟悉高并发分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉Dubbo、分布式缓存、消息队列、NoSql数据引擎等机制；能对分布式常用技术进行合理应用，解决问题。
7. 具备良好的表达和沟通能力、具备团队合作精神，对工作热情，有一定的抗压能力，有责任心和独立分析能力。
