- 规划年度品牌传播节奏，统筹重大传播项目的立项与落地。
- 追踪行业传播趋势，持续优化品牌定位与传播方法论。
2. 媒体关系与行业影响力建设
- 维护并拓展核心媒体关系网络，覆盖财经、科技、生物医药垂直等多层次媒体
- 策划高层专访、深度专题、行业论坛等高层次品牌曝光项目，提升公司行业话语权
- 拓展行业专家的学术交流与行业互动，构建正面的第三方评价生态
- 评估媒体合作效果，优化媒体资源配置与投入产出比
3. 重大传播项目统筹
- 负责公司重大业务进展、技术成果、战略合作等里程碑事件的传播策划与统筹执行
- 把控传播内容的策略方向、质量标准与时间节奏，确保信息传递准确高效
- 协调内部跨部门资源（研发、临床、BD等），整合传播素材与核心信息
- 复盘传播效果，沉淀方法论，持续提升传播效率
4. 危机公关与声誉管理
- 建立常态化舆情监测机制，识别潜在风险点，制定分级应对预案
- 牵头处理突发公关事件，快速响应并协调内外部资源，维护企业声誉
- 建立对外信息发布审核机制，确保所有公开信息的合规性、准确性与专业性
- 建设管理层对外沟通话术体系，支持高管出席公开活动与媒体采访
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，新闻、广播、市场营销、公关、传媒等相关专业优先；
2、6年以上公关、品牌传播、市场相关工作经验，有医药/AI行业经验以及主流财关公司工作经验的优先；
3、熟悉社交媒体生态（如微博、小红书、抖音等），了解内容传播规律，能预判素材传播效果；
4、优秀的中英文写作能力，英文可作为工作语言（国际媒体对接、英文稿撰写）；
5、策略思维强，能从业务与行业视角出发制定传播方案，不只是执行层面；
6、有独立策划并落地重大传播项目的完整经验，具备项目管理能力。
