岗位职责：
1.精通 React/Vue.js， Three.js 或其他 3D 渲染库开发高质量前端页面，确保视觉还原度与交互逻辑准确性； Unity 引擎进行元宇宙相关产品的核心功能开发，负责 3D 场景构建、交互逻辑实现及性能优化.
2.设计并实现元宇宙虚拟世界中的用户交互系统，包括角色控制、物体交互、社交互动等核心功能.
3.负责元宇宙场景中实时渲染、物理系统、网络同步等关键技术的研发与优化.
4.与产品、设计团队紧密协作，将创意概念转化为可实现的技术方案并落地执行.
5.优化 Unity 项目性能，解决内存占用、加载速度、帧率稳定性等技术问题.
6.探索元宇宙相关前沿技术（如 VR/AR 集成、数字孪生、区块链 NFT 集成等）并应用于实际项目.
7.编写清晰的技术文档，参与技术方案评审，指导初级开发人员.
任职要求
1.计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3 年以上 Unity 开发经验，至少参与过 1 个完整的商业项目
2.精通 C# 编程语言及 Unity 引擎架构，熟悉 Unity 的 AssetBundle、Addressables 等资源管理系统
3.熟悉 3D 数学、计算机图形学基础，了解 PBR 渲染流程及实时渲染优化技术
4.具备网络同步开发经验，熟悉 Mirror、Photon 等网络框架者优先
5.有元宇宙、虚拟社交、VR/AR、大型多人在线游戏 (MMO) 开发经验者优先
6.熟悉物理引擎原理，能解决复杂物理交互问题者优先
7.具备良好的代码风格和编程习惯，有较强的问题分析与解决能力
8.拥有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能承受一定的项目压力
9.对元宇宙概念有深入理解，关注行业发展趋势者优先
