一、岗位职责
1.负责后端服务的设计、开发、优化与维护，保障系统高可用性处理能力；
2.参与项目需求分析与技术方案设计，主导核心模块的开发实现；
3.负责系统性能优化、故障排查，提升服务响应速度与稳定性；
4.配合团队完成架构迭代、技术攻关及代码评审等工作。
二、技术基础要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上Java开发经验，精通Java 8+核心特性（Lambda、Stream、函数式接口等），具备扎实的Java基础；
2. 拥有3年以上SpringBoot实战经验，深入理解Spring全家桶（Spring Framework、Spring Cloud、Spring Security等）原理及应用；
3. 熟悉JVM底层原理，具备丰富的JVM性能调优经验（内存优化、GC调优、线程优化等）；
4. 熟练使用MySQL/PostgreSQL等关系型数据库，具备扎实的SQL功底及数据库优化经验（索引优化、查询优化、分库分表等）；
5. 熟悉Redis缓存、RabbitMQ/Kafka等消息中间件的原理与应用，能解决中间件使用过程中的常见问题；
三、架构能力要求：
1. 掌握常用设计模式（单例、工厂、观察者等），具备良好的系统设计能力，能独立完成复杂模块或系统的架构设计；
2. 熟悉容器化技术（Docker/Kubernetes），具备基于容器的应用部署、运维及调优经验；
3. 熟悉系统可靠性设计理念，具备高可用系统的设计与部署经验；
4. 具备良好的编码规范、文档撰写能力及较强的问题分析与解决能力；
