主导新材料选型与评估，制定工艺改进方案及技术、质量控制标准，推动技术成果导入实际生产。
开展热塑性复材的化学分析、机械性能测试及耐老化等实验，输出专业分析报告并指导技术优化。
任职要求
硕士研究生学历，高分子材料与工程、材料科学与工程、复合材料与工程、机械工程等相关专业。
2年以上研发岗工作经验，具备光伏、复材或材料改性行业背景优先。
熟悉热塑材料（含PMMA）的结构性能、加工方法及应用技术，具备实验动手能力与独立问题解决能力。
掌握高分子材料的化学分析、机械性能测试、冲击试验、盐雾及耐老化等测试方法与数据分析能力。
熟练使用CAD、SOLIDWORKS、UG等二维三维设计软件。
有热塑性复材拉挤成型工艺改进或材料研发经验者优先。
