岗位职责
1、负责公司产研部Android端核心模块的设计、开发和维护工作；
2、深度配合产品、设计，参与需求评审、功能定义、产品迭代，打造高质量产品；
3、能够解决日常开发中的Android难题并优化产品性能
4、不断优化App质量、性能、体验，整体提升客户体验和满意度。
任职要求
1、大学本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先，3年及以上Android开发工作经验，有多个完整的Android项目经验，至少在一个复杂项目当中承担核心开发工作；
2、精通Java、Kotlin编程语言，熟悉Android常用框架及常用三方库
2、熟悉Android系统各个组件和机制并灵活运用，熟悉MVP/MVVM/VIPER等常见设计模式，同时熟悉Hybrid/Flutter/小程序/ReactNative/Vue/React等跨端技术者优先；
3、熟悉常用的数据结构和算法、熟悉网络通信机制及常用数据传输协议，熟悉Android性能优化和内存优化技术，有实际性能及稳定性治理经验者优先；
