a. 深刻了解显示器&TV产业，熟悉不同类型面板的技术规格和市场趋势。
b. 掌握供应链管理和物料控制的实践，能够有效管理复杂的供应链。
c. 良好的谈判技巧，能够在价格、质量和交货期等方面获得有利条款。
d. 数据分析和市场研究能力，能够基于数据制定明智的采购决策。
