3、熟练掌握DFM/PFMEA/控制计划等质量工具，具备独立主导试产及良率分析的能力
4、具备BOM管理与ECN流程经验，熟悉系统操作
5、了解电池安全标准（GB 31241、IEC 62619、UN38.3），能配合DQE开展可靠性测试与失效分析
6、具备良好的跨部门协调能力，能有效推动研发、采购、生产、品质多方协同
7、熟练使用Office（Excel/Project/Visio），能编写清晰的工程文档和项目报告
8、具备责任心与主动性，能在多项目并行的高压环境下按时交付结果
工作职责描述
1、负责新品转量产（NPI）全流程推进，制定并跟踪PACK产品的项目计划节点，确保DVT→PVT→MP按时达成
2、组织并主导PACK产品的DFM（可制造性设计）审查，输出DFM报告及改善行动清单，提升产品可制造性
3、负责PACK生产工艺文件编制及工艺路线设计，导入SMT/焊接/组装等工艺
4、主导PACK产品试产（小批量/试产批），分析试产良率及失效模式，输出试产总结报告与改善措施
5、与DQE协作制定PACK可靠性测试方案，参与DVT/PVT阶段的失效分析与8D报告，推动问题闭环
6、负责量产移交技术评审，输出量产放行报告，确认生产条件、检测规范符合设计意图
