岗位职责：
1.负责建立和优化产品放行质量体系，适用于临床和商业化等不同阶段，确保出厂放行和上市放行符合GMP 和相关法规的要求。
2.负责ADC 产品（包括大分子和小分子）生产全程质量监控：
负责工艺规程和批记录审阅，确保其符合法规和注册文件；
负责产品相关的偏差、变更和OOS 的审阅，确保产品放行前偏差、OOS 经过调查并处理完毕，确保变更不影响产品质量；
负责产品质量投诉的报告审批，协调和组织SME参与投诉调查以及产品质量影响评估；
负责内部CMO公司的产品质量审计以及现场PIP工作，帮助内部CMO公司完成对于外部客户和官方审计的回复和整改工作；
负责内部CMO公司的质量协议审阅和修订工作。
3.负责工艺验证文件，方案和记录的审核工作，支持公司工艺验证的准备和实施。从质量角度指导工艺验证方案的撰写，风险评估的实施，CQA和CPP的识别，确定工艺验证考察项目，确保工艺验证能够符合相关法规的要求。
4.支持集团质量体系的搭建和优化，支持各个site 落实集团质量体系，确保QA现场监管有效实施，能够识别和监督工艺操作关键点，无菌操作风险点，不断提高现场QA对于异常处理和产品质量风险评估的技术水平，不断提高现场操作员工的合规意识。
5.支持集团供应商、服务商的审计和管理工作; 参与完成MAH体系的自检，年度质量回顾，质量管理评审和培训工作。
教育背景：
本科及以上学历；专业药学、制药工程、生物学等相关专业
工作经验：
1.良好的GMP药品生产质量管理经验；熟悉ICH等国内外药品质量管理相关法规；
2.熟悉小分子化药合成和纯化生产工艺，熟悉无菌灌装工艺，具有商业化生产质量管理经验。
3.至少5年从事药品生产质量管理工作的实践经验，其中3年以上的化药或者生物药现场和或QA放行工作经验，
4.有独立解决问题的能力，原则性强，具备较好的内外部沟通、协调能力。
技能：
1.具有良好的沟通和表达能力，具备团队协作精神及工作责任感
2.熟练使用办公软件（Excel、Word）
