工作职责
1、承担集团仓储物流系统的新系统开发设计、系统架构搭建，以及后期的迭代升级与日常维护工作，保障系统稳定、高效运行。
2、负责仓储物流系统相关的需求调研、需求评审工作，结合业务场景制定合理的技术实施方案，确保技术方案贴合业务需求。
3、负责解决系统后期上线后的使用问题、技术故障，快速响应并排查处理，降低系统故障对业务的影响，提供技术支持。
4、根据公司安排参与其他系统建设；
任职资格
1、本科及以上学历，10年及以上JAVA开发经验，至少3年及以上“仓储物流领域”系统架构设计经验，精通SpringBoot、SpringCloud等微服务框架，深入理解框架底层原理，能独立完成架构方案设计与优化。
2、精通Redis、RabbitMQ、RocketMQ等主流中间件，具备丰富的中间件集群部署、高可用设计及性能调优经验，能结合业务场景（如订单峰值、货物调度）设计中间件解决方案，解决高并发、高可用难题。
3、精通MySQY等主流数据库，熟练掌握数据库架构设计、分库分表、读写分离、SQL优化技巧，具备大规模数据存储、数据治理及数据备份恢复的架构设计能力，适配仓储物流海量订单、货物数据场景。
4、熟悉Vue、React等前端框架及ElementUI、AntDesign等组件库，能主导前后端分离架构设计，协调前后端技术衔接，把控前端技术选型与开发规范，保障系统交互体验与性能。
5、主导过至少1个仓储物流相关系统从0到1的架构设计与研发落地，具备复杂业务场景下的架构拆解、技术选型、风险把控能力，能应对业务迭代中的架构重构与升级需求。
6、熟悉RESTfulAPI、GraphQL等接口设计规范，掌握微服务架构设计理念、服务治理、链路追踪、监控告警等核心技术，能搭建稳定、可扩展、高可用的仓储物流技术架构体系。
7、具备良好的技术前瞻性，能关注行业前沿技术（如AI开发与应用、分布式架构、大数据处理），并结合仓储物流业务实际场景落地应用；具备较强的技术方案评审、技术团队指导能力。
