岗位职责：
1、负责嵌入式Android 系统的 BSP 方案设计与开发，包括内核裁剪与编译、设备树（DTS）编写与优化、启动程序（U-Boot/Bootloader）适配，保障系统稳定运行；
2、主导硬件外设驱动开发，覆盖 GPIO、UART、SPI、I2S、I2C、USB、显示屏（LCD/HDMI）、WIFI-BT、摄像头、话筒、传感器等，解决驱动兼容性、性能瓶颈问题；
3、与硬件工程师配合，参与原理图评审、PCBLayout 优化，从软件角度提出硬件设计建议；针对样机调试中的软硬件交互问题（如供电异常、时序偏差），通过日志分析、示波器联调等方式快速定位并解决；
4、优化系统启动速度、内存占用、功耗控制，通过内核参数调整、驱动算法优化等手段，满足产品在低功耗、高稳定性场景下的需求（如平板、带屏K歌系统）；
5、编写 BSP 开发手册、驱动调试指南、版本更新日志，沉淀技术方案与问题解决方案；参与团队技术分享，指导初级工程师开展 BSP 相关工作；
6、配合产品、测试团队，提供 BSP 层技术支持，协助解决测试阶段的系统级 bug，保障项目按计划交付。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，电子信息工程、计算机科学与技术、自动化、软件工程等相关专业，5 年及以上嵌入式 BSP 开发经验；
2、精通 C/C++ 编程语言，熟练掌握嵌入式 Linux/Android 系统架构，理解内核态与用户态交互机制；
3、具备汇编语言基础，能看懂硬件原理图；
4、掌握交叉编译工具链（如 GCC）、调试工具（GDB、JTAG、串口调试）、版本控制工具（Git/SVN）；
5、至少主导过 1 个完整嵌入式产品的 BSP 开发项目（如如平板、带屏K歌系统或安卓类智能音箱），有RK / MTK/全志等主流芯片平台 BSP 开发经验者优先；
6、具备较强的问题分析与解决能力，能独立应对复杂软硬件联调场景；良好的沟通协作能力，可跨部门推进技术问题落地；有责任心，能承受项目攻坚期的工作压力。
