岗位职责
1.负责公司智能音箱产品、点歌系统等核心后端服务的架构设计与开发；
2.负责海外视频、音频点播及采集流媒体服务端架构设计与开发，保障系统在类似KTV点歌、在线电影播放等业务场景下的高并发、低延迟和稳定运行；
3.熟悉流媒体传输协议及优化技术，提升跨境网络环境下播放流畅度和用户体验；
4.封装 AI 语音能力接口（ASR、TTS、大模型、知识库），支持语音助手、语音唤醒、小智同学等产品；
5.熟悉国内外前端技术（Vue/H5），设计并实现高性能 API 接口；
6.参与 KTV 点歌系统服务端逻辑开发与优化，支持高并发点歌、搜索等需求；
7.对接国内外支付平台（微信支付、支付宝、、PayPal、Adyen 等），支持多币种支付及合规流程；
8.熟悉海外 CDN 布局与服务部署，优化音视频分发性能及数据合规；
9.与产品、算法、音视频、前端等多团队协作，推动项目落地与持续优化。
任职要求
1.计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历，3 年以上服务端开发经验；
2.精通Java 后端开发，熟悉微服务架构和高并发系统设计；
3.熟悉 RESTful API 接口设计
4.有海外 AI 能力（ASR、TTS、LLM、大模型、知识库等）实际接入与封装经验；
5.熟悉 KTV 点歌系统业务逻辑，具备相关服务端项目经验；
6.熟悉国内（微信支付、支付宝）及海外支付系统接入流程；
7.掌握 MySQL/PostgreSQL、Redis、消息队列等基础组件；
加分项
1.熟悉音视频流媒体、推荐系统、实时语音处理技术；
2.使用过 ChatGPT、Claude、Deepseek、豆包等大模型能力封装；
3.有海外项目开发及跨境合规经验；
