岗位职责:
1.深度技术应用支持：为客户提供Demo实验、方案设计、法规指导、验证方案解读、故障排查等全流程深度技术支持，成为客户信赖的技术顾问。
2.高级解决方案交付：针对客户复杂样本及特殊需求，设计并验证定制化的完整解决方案。
3.客户赋能与培训：参与组织技术培训或workshop，提升客户技术能力与产品使用水平。
4.内部价值反馈：敏锐捕捉市场趋势与客户潜在需求，向研发与产品部门提供结构化反馈，驱动产品迭代与创新。
任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历，深厚的分子生物学背景，精通核酸（DNA/RNA）提取、纯化、定量及质量分析的全部原理与操作。精通实时荧光定量PCR/qRT-PCR的实验设计、优化、数据分析和疑难排解。
2.自动化平台：熟悉主流自动化核酸提取平台及qPCR仪器的操作与应用。
3.具备流式分析试剂研发或者应用相关工作经验，熟悉流式细胞分析技术，熟练操作流式细胞仪（如 BD、Beckman Coulter 设备），掌握样本制备、数据采集及分析流程；熟悉使用流式数据分析软件（如 FlowJo）或和常用的数据分析软件（如 GraphPad Prism 和igin）
4.实战经验：拥有3年以上在工业界从事核酸提取与qPCR及流式相关技术支持的资深经验，有HCD相关检测经验，熟悉药典、ICH等行业法规，有药物申报经验更佳。
5.软技能：具备出色的讲解与倾听能力，能将复杂技术问题向不同背景的客户清晰阐述，并精准把握客户深层需求；具备系统性思维和强大的逻辑分析能力，能独立、高效地解决现场复杂技术问题；具备强烈的服务意识与责任心，以客户的成功为己任，能建立并维护长期的信任伙伴关系；优秀的跨部门协作能力，并能有效管理多个客户项目，确保高质量交付。
