岗位职责：
1.负责机器人管理平台软件的设计；
2.负责组内其他同事的任务分配和管理工作；
3.负责平台后端软件（JAVA语言）的设计开发；
4.负责平台软件的数据库设计；
5.负责平台软件的二次开发接口设计；
6.负责平台前后端软件的软件部署，维护工作；
7.协助处理项目中出现的后台程序问题；
8.协助售后部门解决项目现场出现的问题。
任职要求：
1.精通Java基础语法、集合框架、多线程与并发编程，深入理解JVM原理（内存模型、GC机制、类加载机制），熟悉Java 8+新特性（Lambda、Stream API、虚拟线程等）。
2.熟练掌握Spring生态（Spring Boot、Spring MVC、Spring Cloud），精通MyBatis/Spring Data JPA等ORM框架，熟悉分布式中间件如Redis、Kafka、Dubbo等，具备实际应用经验。
3.熟悉软件开发生命周期和敏捷开发流程，具备良好的编码规范和文档编写能力，能够独立完成需求分析、技术方案设计、代码Review等工作，具备团队协作和项目管理能力。
4.有团队管理经验的优先。
5.有物联网或电力行业相关项目开发经验的优先。
