工作职责：
一、Go-To-Market & 渠道协同
1.支持品牌及产品相关的 Go-To-Market 项目规划，将整体市场策略拆解并落地至站内、CRM、社交媒体、达人及付费等渠道的具体执行方案。
2.基于产品策略及数据表现，整理并输出清晰的渠道 Brief 与执行建议，支持各渠道高效协同推进。
3.跨团队协作（市场、内容、设计、CRM 等），确保站内更新与全球 Campaign 的整体优先级及关键时间节点保持一致。

二、站内内容与用户体验管理
1.负责官网首页的月度内容规划与管理，包括模块优先级制定、内容排布及 Figma 示意方案。
2.执行新品上线及重点营销节点的站内内容策划与 storytelling，提升用户体验及转化表现。
3.支持国际市场站点上线，协调翻译需求并跟进不同市场的站内本地化及功能需求。

三、数据分析、测试与优化
1.持续监测站内核心数据指标，进行基础分析并定期输出可执行的优化洞察。
2.支持 A/B 测试的规划与执行，包括测试假设制定、结果分析及测试复盘。
3.进行竞品分析及市场趋势研究，为站内内容和用户体验优化提供数据支持。
4.整理 Campaign 及实验项目的复盘报告，为后续市场策略及执行提供参考依据。

职位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，市场营销、商业、传播或相关专业优先
2.1–3 年市场运营 / 数字营销 / 网站运营相关经验（电商或 DTC 经验加分）
3.对数据敏感，能基于基础分析提出优化建议
4.熟悉网站内容管理逻辑，有 Figma / CMS 使用经验者优先
5.良好的跨团队沟通能力，执行力强，能在快节奏环境中推进多项目并行
